This appointment is effective from 1st December 2012.

Umbrella Corporation  is authorised to organise and manage the Reseller Channel and also setting the pricing and Reseller Discount Structure as deemed appropriate for the territories.

Prior to the appointment as Distributor, Umbrella Corporation has been and is a very effective Reseller of Flavourart products and brings along many years of experience in retail channels.
