siamo lieti di annunciare che la produzione è ripartita a pieno regime in quanto i provvedimenti espressi nella comunicazione precedente sono in via di ultimazione e riguardano ora aree non indispensabili.

Il ritardo accumulato è di pochi giorni lavorativi e verrà in ogni caso recuperato grazie ai nuovi turni notturni.

Tra qualche settimana saranno ultimati i test e pubblicheremo il video dei nuovi macchinari che ci permetteranno di produrre la cifra record di 2,5 milioni di flaconi da 10ml al mese.

Vi ringraziamo di cuore per permetterci di crescere in un periodo così problematico per l'economia, i suggerimenti, le critiche e il vostro affetto ci danno la possibilità di essere sempre proiettati nel futuro per darvi il miglior servizio possibile.

Gentili Clienti,

a seguito dell'incremento degli ordini e il conseguente crescente quantitativo di nicotina maneggiato nei nostri stabilimenti, verranno svolti nei seguenti giorni dei lavori di adeguamento dei locali a standard di sicurezza ancora più elevati, vari adempimenti legali per formazione sicurezza e la predisposizione per l'installazione della nuova linea produttiva.

Potrebbero dunque verificarsi dei ritardi temporanei con la consegna dei prodotti finché i provvedimenti non verranno ultimati.

Siamo confidenti che gli stessi verranno conclusi nel giro di pochi giorni lavorativi.

La nuova linea produttiva,  che verrà inaugurata i primi giorni di Maggio, aumenterà la produzione complessiva a 2,5 Milioni di flaconi da 10ml al mese.

Il call-center e tutti i servizi di supporto rimarranno attivi ma non sarà possibile stimare l'impatto del ritardo accumulato né dare informazioni dettagliate sulle tempistiche di spedizione.

Nel caso in cui l'attesa dovesse superare le aspettative ricordiamo che è sempre possibile chiedere la cancellazione degli ordini in stato di "Aperto" o "Approvato" all'indirizzo: supporto@flavourart.it

Siamo spiacenti per l'inevitabile disguido ma è un passo necessario per darvi un servizio ancora più efficiente e puntuale.

Gentili Clienti,

a seguito dell'applicazione di una nuova misura atta a velocizzare le tempistiche di spedizione è temporaneamente sospeso il servizio Mix&Take ovvero la personalizzazione del liquido per sigarette elettroniche con più di un aroma, le basi Ice Blade e l'aromatizzazione di basi differenti da quella tradizionale.

In alternativa è possibile aromatizzare tutte le basi Heaven Juice Tradizionale a 0, 9 e 18MG/ML con una gamma ancora più estesa di referenze, selezionabili dal menu' a tendina all'interno della pagina prodotto.

Siamo spiacenti per l'inconveniente, in futuro valuteremo un'eventuale reintroduzione ma ad oggi è imperativo portare le tempistiche a dei valori accettabili quanto prima.
