Approaching nightshift - Our commitment to you.

Dear valued customers,

I am pleased to inform you that despite the legal uncertainty in the ecig world which makes long-term planning difficult, Flavourart has finalized the selection of 10 new employees who will support our current staff by operating a nightshift, commencing 2nd of April 2013. This move, along with the installation of a third automated filling line scheduled for mid-May, and our continued investment in specialist equipment, will hopefully help us to further increase production output to meet the huge demands and to reduce delivery times. The new line will allow Flavourart to realise an output of close to 2.5 million 10ml bottles per month.

We are committed to operating the nightshift until at least July, with the goal to make it permanent if the legal outlook seems positive.

In the meantime, we can only say thank you to all that have supported us so far with their loyalty, trust, and positive criticism, helping Flavourart to grow as one of the world's leading E liquid companies.

Demand for Flavourart products has risen at a phenomenal rate, much higher than even our most ambitious predictions, and the feedback we have received indicates that this is not just attributable to the general increase in popularity of vaping, but because of our continued commitment to producing only the highest quality and our reinvestment into research and testing. Flavourart has become the name that can be trusted for quality, safety, and integrity, which has always been, and will remain, the main ethos and goal of the company and all who work here.

Stolen 100,000 bottles

Dear valued Customer,

Yesterday we had about 100,000 products stolen from us, regrettably some orders may experience a slight delay. We sincerely apologize for this unprecedented crime and will be doing our best to reconstruct all orders involved and re-ship. Regrettably Customer Care will be closed in the coming days as we complete this task.

The criminals, caught on our security cameras, are being identifying by the proper authorities. The "lot numbers" of the stolen products will be announced in the next few days. If you purchase any of these products that contain lot numbers from our stolen lot number list we would appreciate an email to inform us on where and when you purchased these products. This will help us focus on the parties involved and help eliminate this from ever happening again, you will be compensated for your help.

We are glad to announce that we received the laboratory on flavorings: Cigar Passion, Green The, Kiwi, Cinnamon e Almond.

The procedure used to perform the tests remained unchanged and none of the flavors showed unusual behavior.

The considerations are the same as those carried out for the third update.

Order processing delay - Updates

We would like to apologise for our service not currently being up to expectations, but would like to reassure you that we are doing everything possible to clear a backlog which has been created by an unprecedented worldwide demand for FlavourArt products since August.

Our planned expansion in the global market has been even more successful than we imagined and we must quickly rise to meet this challenge.

We continue our programme of investment in people and equipment and recently hired 5 new staff working double day shifts and Saturdays.

Production at FlavourArt is now close to 500k bottles per month and we have another fully-automated filling and labeling machine, capable of producing over 50k bottles per day, coming on stream by the middle of November.

We have also extended our factory premises even further in order to cater for this continued rapid rise in demand.

As many of our customers will have experienced, we are victims of our own success and of the success of vaping as an alternative to cigarettes.

We appreciate your business and we hope that you can bear with us whilst these improvements take effect.

We are obliged to be honest and tell you that orders will take longer to process and we expect to ship in approximately 15 business days. Our aim is for this situation to be alleviated as the new systems increase production and efficiency and a normal service should be resumed by the end of November.

We assure you we are doing our very best to improve every part of our business and our goal is to provide products with a proven reputation and known quality as quickly as possible.

Our commitment to customer service and excellence was recently confirmed by FlavourArt's achievement of ISO 9001 certification by Swiss auditor SQS and it is the aim of everyone at FlavourArt to reach and maintain the highest standards.

Great Opening Room47 FlavourArt Flagship Store

We are pleased to announce the Great Opening of Room47 in the Flavourart Flagship Shop - Milan Via Gonzaga 5.

Situated in the heart of the city, just a two minute stroll from the spectacular Duomo Cathedral, our shop aims to enhance the Flavourart brand and to spread the word about 'electronic smoking'.

On October 26th @ 6:00PM we will open the doors of Room47, conference room intended to train customers and resellers, which on this occasion will host the presentation of Perla, the new electronic cigarette made ​​in collaboration with Cisco from AvidVapers.

We do not believe in formal events and Room47 Party must be intended as a moment of union and sharing of ideas amongst vapers who want to participate.

Cisco will be happy to answer questions from attendings, we will be there, with joy!

Order processing lead time

Dear valued customers.

Due to unexpected amount of (welcomed) orders received in the last weeks, we are facing some delays in order processing. Actually we require 10 business days from order receipt till its shipping.

In order to cope with demand we already hired extra new staff, introduced Saturday shift and a second automatic filling line will be installed end of October.

We apologize for the backlog and we assure we do our best to reduce order processing time back to usual 2-3 days.
